Hunt Partners invests its capital as principal in private equity transactions. These investments provide capital for acquisitions and recapitalizations, equity to support management teams in completing corporate buyouts, and financing for corporate growth.

Hunt Partners principals serve as directors of each of our portfolio companies and are active in supporting their continued growth.

The firm seeks additional opportunities to invest capital in acquisitions of small and mid-sized manufacturing, distribution and service businesses where its capital will be a catalyst for value creation. Hunt Partners is particularly interested in angel investment opportunities.

In addition to its equity capital, Hunt Partners provides portfolio companies with the benefit of the firm’s expertise in executing mergers, acquisitions and financings and the experience of the firm’s principals in building corporate value.
